Payment Policy - Full payment is required before pet companion pickup or at drop off.
Availability and Delays - All items are subject to availability, and in the event of a delay, you will be promptly notified.
Complimentary Vessel Size - We will choose the appropriately sized vessel to accommodate the full weight of your pet companion’s remains.
Paw Print Remembrance Stone - Our handmade laser-etched stones are crafted from a digital image of your pet companion’s paw printto captures their unique physiology.
Additional Products - Requests for additional complimentary products like the bamboo urn and remembrance stone are available at an extra cost.
Fur Clippings - If desired, please confirm on the intake form if you wish to include a clipping of your pet companion’s fur.
Upgraded Products - Please allow from 1-3 weeks for the creation of non-standard requested products.
Color Variation - Actual product colors may slightly differ from images, particularly in the case of handmade or natural products.
